The truly attractive - and as always aluminium-based- (and still neatly 'anodised'!) belt-buckle retains allmost all of its (somewhat 'matted'!) greyish-silver-toned finish and comes in a simply never worn- nor used condition: it does show some minimal age ie. staining simply caused by decades of storage and/or handling over the years but was - I deem - never cleaned nor polished. The buckle - that comes mounted onto its typical 'cranked'-catch - is nicely (and clearly!) maker-marked with a makers'-designation (ie. 'A'- or: 'Assmann u. Sohne'-logo) and bears additionally an: 'RzM M4/39'-marking (which markings are both visible on the back of the buckle as can be seen on the pictures). The buckle - which truly retains pronounced detail - orginates from an older belt-buckle-collection that was compiled over many years and that I acquired for the web-site. Simply a very attractive - and 'virtually mint'! - 'DAF' (ie. 'Deutsches Arbeitsfront') ie. 'Werkschar'-related belt-buckle that is most certainly accordingly priced!
