Description

This is an attractive - silverish-grey-toned- and fairly luxuriously-styled! - (I deem) N.S.K.O.V.- (ie. WWI-veteran-) related honorary-badge (ie. 'Ehrenzeichen') being a non-maker-marked example as was issued to commemorate membership within a veteran-related asscociation named the: 'Rönsahler Wehrverein' and and that comes in an overall nice- (albeit surely issued ie. moderately worn-), condition. The very detailed and/or pronounced badge - which is executed in silverish-grey-toned- (ie. I deem 'Buntmetall'-based) metal - shows great detail and was almost certainly never cleaned nor polished (it is still a bit dirty ie. stained). The (solid-back- and circular-shaped) piece shows a steel-helmet (with oak-leaves) and sword (mounted upon an iron cross) coupled with the above-mentioned text. The badge - which is totally void of a makers'-designation - comes naturally mounted onto its (functional) pin-/catch set-up. Simply a neat - and most certainly not that often encountered! - (presumably N.S.K.O.V.- ie. WWI-veteran-) related honorary-badge (ie. 'Ehrenzeichen')!
