Here on offer is a really impressive handmade WW2 Perspex RAF 'cap badge' style sweetheart pendant.This pendant was made from a section of Perspex from the canopy of a damaged WW2 RAF aircraft.This large pendant has been made to look exactly like a RAF 'crested' cap badge of the period, with the spread winged eagle set against a ring, topped with a Kings Crown. It even has the RAF motto, 'Per Ardua ad Astra,' hand engraved around the ring.It is in excellent original condition and the Perspex is still crystal clear. At the top it has been fitted with a loop and ring to enable it to be worn on a thin chain.This is the best example of a WW2 perspex pendant that I have seen and would make a great addition to any RAF collection.
