Swiss Model 1914 Pioneer Bayonet, Waffenfabrik Neuhasen

Original period manufacture. Massive, Swiss made Pioneer bayonet, with a 19 inch polished steel blade with a sawback spine. The blade is bright and clean with a little bit of discoloration at the point. Sound original finish wooden grips. The blade, guard and pommel have a post production chrome finish to them, perhaps for parade, or ceremonial use.Dent free blue steel, and black painted finish scabbard with a mix of finish types remaining.
