WHW Series 'Standarten und Fahnen der Wehrmacht'.This series was issued inwinter 1940/41by the Winterhilfswerk (WHW).It was a series of miniature enamel/metal flags and standards of the Wehrmacht (Heer, Luftwaffe, Kriegsmarine), including regimental standards, commando flags and flags of generals and commanders.
