original m40 helmet complete with its original liner and chin strap.This helmet still has its wh decal under the camo paint applied later to the front.The chinstrap is still marked but difficult to read.maker code is vaguely readable but I assume it's an NS helmet.NS = Vereinigte Deutsche Nikelwerke Schwertevery nice helmet with a good patina.
