A scarce original First World War period 'On War Service identification badge' crowned gilt circlet inlaid with red and blue enamel, the centre depicting an elliptic double white scroll 'Richardsons Westgarth & Co Ltd', the reverse impressed with early maker's details 'Thomas Fattorini Bolton' and 'Reg.638232' a registered, design and patent date of 1914.
