Japanese WWII Army Officers Canteen, Complete

Original era manufacture. Standard pattern canteen as carried by Japanese Army officers during WWII. Olive colored gaberdine wool cover with four button snap closure and leather trim. Removable jigger style cap and attached canvas shoulder strap. Very clean, some fabric separation next to the second snap from bottom. Stitched kanji characters on the reverse of the cover.
