Early NSDAP Ortsgruppe Level Political Leader's Visor Cap

Early first pattern NSDAP Ortsgruppe Level Political Leader's Visor Cap (Schirmmütze für Politische Leiter der Ortsgruppenleitung). In January 1934 the NSDAP introduced a visor cap, based on the army style visor cap. The NSDAP was structured in four ascending levels of government, consisting of the 'Ortsgruppenleitung,' the 'Kreisleitung,' the 'Gauleitung,' and the 'Reichsleitung,' with each group being distinguished by a specific colour of piping. This is a nice quality issue brown coloured Political Leader's Visor Cap, the cap is piped in the blue 'Waffenfarbe' indicating a political leader in the Ortsgruppe Level. The interior of the cap is lined in tan rayon and complete with slightly damaged celluloid diamond, marked with 'Die Gute Qualität' and size '55' marked. The brown leather sweatband is in very good condition, there is a nice early large type RZM tag sewn beneath the sweatband. The cap is complete with its original early cupal type silver cap-eagle and small type cocarde. The pet is having a gold coloured chinstrap. The cap is having a nice first pattern leather visor. The cap is having a great 'crusher' (alter-art) shape. The cap shows only minor traces of storage and is in overal very good condition.
