Brooklands Automobile Racing Club 1936 BARC members badge No 467

A rare original pre war '1936 Brooklands Automobile Racing Club gilt and enamel gentleman's membership badge', the reverse impressed with maker's details 'Marples & Beasley Birmingham', official issue 'No 467' and embossed 'Brooklands Automobile Club'. Very good condition, complete with original cord, no stress marks or damage to the enamel, gilt finish remains bright.
