Namenlos DRGM Preservation Can

Original pre war Namenlos brand canning can / preserves jar complete with lid and sealing ring. DRGM marked. Its in fairly good condition. Namenlos is the brand name, its not actually nameless. Maybe they just didn't fill out the forms properly and ended up with the default.Interesting anecdote: In the 1920s, there are surprisingly many reports in newspapers about preserve jar theft from basements. In one instance in 1923, someone stole a bunch of clothes, a wringer, two jars of lard, a pitcher with oil, three pounds of butter and five Küchenfreund brand preserve jars. Estimated damage: one million Marks.
