Description

This is an attractive - regrettably incomplete, truly used- and/or clearly strap-removed! - greyish-silver-toned and (typical) zinc- (ie. 'Feinzink'-) based (and of course non-magnetic), WH (Heeres) NCO-type shoulderstrap-'cypher' (ie. 'Ziffer') as was intended for usage by an NCO who served within the famous 'GrossDeutschland'-Division and that comes in an overall nice- (ie. most certainly moderately used ie. worn-), condition. The neat device is just minimally tarnished and/or stained, simply caused by moderate wear and/or decades of storage. Regrettably, has it lost both its (fragile) prongs (as can be noticed on the pictures). Still an attractive - most certainly desirable and actually scarcely encountered! - NCO-type 'GD'-shoulderstrap-'cypher': too bad that is only a single specimen!
