Early M33 NSKK dagger by F.W. Backhaus with Assmann chain

Untouched early M33 SA/NSKK dagger by FW Backhaus Solingen in very good condition. Blade remains in good condition. Cross guard marked on the reverse with 'Bo'. Black NSKK/SS style scabbard still retaining its genuine black finish. Stunning dagger by manufacturer Backhaus that is amongst the rarest out there being scaled 8/10 with only 10.000 examples made. The company logo is on the reverse ricasso, being child sitting on a stork. This manufacturer is rated with ararity scale from 8/10in the SA dagger book of Siegert. The blade shoulders perfectly meet the lower crossguard contour. A very nice early NSKK dagge. To make it even better, a chain wasperiodmounted on this dagger. It is neatly marked on the reverse by RZM M5/8 (Assmann & Söhne) and also with 'Musterschutz NSKK-Korpsführung. NSKK members could buy M36 chained daggers/scabbard back in the days, or just add the chain on their existing dagger, like this example. The dagger does not show any post-war tempering and was never in a collection before.
