The Medal 'For the Defence of Stalingrad' was established on 22 December 1942, by decree of the Presidium of the Supreme Soviet of the USSR and was a World War II campaign medal of the Soviet Union. The medal is complete with its original confectioned ribbon. The medal is complete with its original award document as awarded on 29 June 1944 to 'Oleksandr Oleksandrovich'. The document is folded and in slightly damaged condition. Nice set in good used condition!
