Kriegsmarine coastal artillery 'sabotage' officers overseas cap made in occupied France

Here is a genuine untouched foreign made KM 'Küstenartillerie' overseas cap or Schiffchen. A textbook example by by the French firm in Paris 'Chapelière'. These caps were part of a large sabotage operation by the French labourers in this factory, all producing the caps too small, hence they had to be enlarged (see size adjustment of the cap from the German Factory L.L. Gen. Mütze, Niedersaschen). The cap is complete with its period nazi insignia on the front, the cocarde is surrounded with a golden 'coastal artillery' tresse. Size marked 55 and afterwards newly marked 59. A very nice untouched cap in perfect condition! I found two caps together, perfectly matching. Selling both of them separately on the webshop
