USN WW2 U.S. WWII Cattaraugus 225Q Fighting Knife

In a very nice condition a US Navy WW2 Cattaraugus 225Q (Commando) Fighting Knife. The knife manufactured by Cattaraugus comes in model 225Q and was designed for use by the US special forces/Commando troops but also for the US Navy. With a very stout blade measuring approximately 6 inches, handle comprised of stacked leather washers with a checkered steel pommel.This example is in good used condition and comes complete with the original issue leather scabbard.The scabbard comes with the initials of the former owner on the reverse side.The handle comes with a stunning personal touch on the top an bottom with braided ropes.A very stunning example!
