French WWI Ceramic Canteen Champagne Bottle Reserve D-Elite 1914

Original era manufacture. Figural liquor bottle in the form of the French WWI soldiers canteen. Embossed lettering on one side, with its original leather shoulder strap intact. Large cork is present, the smaller one is a wooden plug, both attached with a length of string. No cracks or chips, just light age and wear, with age darkening to the paper labels. Measures 7x2.5x8 inches. Great old display piece.
