The badge is showing the script 'Nat.Soz.Frauenschaft' and is having a blue border indicating a local women's leader (Mitarbeiterin im Stab). The badge is nicely 'RZM 72' marked. It comes on its original and functional pin/catch construction. Nice example in very good condition!
