General Post Office GPO 32 postmans cap badge

A rare original circa pre 1953 early period 'General Post Office postman's cap badge'; large die-stamped blackened brass 'King George VI 'crowned oval, incorporating the initials 'GPO' within laurel wreath, the voided central band with an applied chromium plated postmans identification numbers '32' and overlay to Crown. Very good condition, minor service wear, complete with it original two brass screw post fittings to reverse.Height approx 67mm.
