'Volksturmer Kriegsende' (war's end) Camouflage Helmet

While not a combat helmet, this camouflage helmet is truly exceptional. It is representative of the very end of the war, when the 'volksturm' and other units were grabbing any type of headgear they could, to go out and fight on the front. This helmet started as a fire police M34 civic, with the square dip scallop. The decals are bordered police and swastika. The helmet is in overall great condition with a light feldgrau daubed camouflage pattern all over the helmet, leaving the decals exposed. A remarkable, rare type of helmet for the late war collection or display. COA accompanies.
