1961 Soviet Cold war Poster: 'To Live and Learn the Statutes!'

Approximately 17-1/2 inches by 25-3/4 inches. Two corners have adhesive hanging rings affixed to them. The poster depicts a Soviet Army Lance Sergeant holding up a copy of the laws of the Soviet Union and the declaration 'жить и учиться ло уставам!', or 'To Live and Learn the Statutes!'. The poster shows some spots, edge tears, a small interior field tear, and light crease lines, but the colors are bright.
