Pre WWI French Army Officer's Horizon Blue Chasseurs Uniform and Kepi

The horizon blue wool tunic shows scattered spots, tracking a a few holes or separations. The red collar tabs bear a bullion embroidered number '1'. The shoulders have loops for the wear of rank insignia. The tunic is accompanied by the red breeches, which similarly show wear and use, with a patch repair to the rear seat and to one interior leg. Also with the uniform is the officer's kepi, in red and horizon blue wool. The kepi shows surface dust as well as tracking and age crazing of the visor. The interior exhibits wear and soiling, but it is intact. Overall the uniform shows some of the effects of use, age and storage, but overall it makes a good appearance.
