Italian Fascist MVSN Model 1925 Dagger

The dagger has an overall length in the scabbard of approximately 13-1/2 inches, with a blade length of approximately 8 inches. The four sided blade shows spots and patina, with the center ridged having a few tiny indentations, typical on such daggers from the repeated drawing and sheathing of the dagger over time. The hardwood grip has an old chip that is approximately one-half inch long to the upper area on the reverse, just below the pommel. Both sides of the grip have brass fasces set into the wood, showing uncleaned patina. The obverse guard bears the 'MVSN' designation, while the reverse guard has the serial number of 'B 511'. The guard, back strap, pommel, and the scabbard all have an uncleaned patina. Overall very good condition.
