Liverpool Irish Rifle Volunteers Victorian Officer's Pouch Belt Plate

Very good condition, 2-3/4″ x 3-5/8″. A die-stamped pierced silvered example on screw posts. Crowned shamrock wreath, centrally a disc bearing IRV, below the disc, a harp. Across the base, a scroll inscribed 'Erin go Bragh'. Complete with backing plate and four screw posts.
