Large Silk Embroidered Kingdom of Italy Flag

The design of the flag of the Kingdom of Italy was used from 1861 until the end of the Second World War. The flag's three sections of solid color were printed on silk, with both sides then being embroidered with the Italian royal crest. The flag is approximately 26-1/2 inches by 39 inches. The flag has a few small holes, none of which could be considered particularly distracting, as well as relatively minor separations that are typical with old silk flags. However the attachment ties are intact and overall the flag remains very impressive.
