WWII 1940 French Poster: 'Il Veille…Souscrivez' ('He Watches…Subscribe')

Approximately 23-1/8 inches by 30-5/8 inches. Circa 1939-1940, prior to the fall of France. The poster was mounted on linen near the time of its printing. The reverse bears two numbers written in ink, some penciled notations, and a property stamp of a library with a 1940 date. Overall very good condition.
