WWII Italian Army Pioneer Unit Helmet Metal Stencil

The plate was used to stencil the painted insignia of an Army Pioneer unit on to the front of the Italian Army combat helmet, with the stencil plate being approximately 7-1/2 inches by 9 inches. The stencil plate shows expected signs of age but it is in very good condition.
