French Officer Fabric Belt With Medusa Buckles

Blue fabric belt with ribbed pattern and black leather backing. The belt is approximately 32 inches long. Approximately 2 inches from the end of the belt tongue was cut with a 'V' cut which did not fully separate the end from the body of the belt. The silver finish on the buckles show some wear.
