French Officer Black Fabric Belt With Medusa Buckles

Black fabric belt with ribbed pattern, leather backing. The belt is approximately 32 inches long. There are two hoes in the belt that appear to have been added by the owner to make the belt adjustable to a smaller size. The buckle set shows remnants of old polish.
