WWII Japanese Army Gas Mask in Carrying Bag Marked 'For Hospital Use'

The gas mask is complete and intact, with hose and filter. It is contained within the carrying bag, which is marked 'For Hospital Use' in kanji. The mask is supple and the hose remains pliable. Replacement lenses remain in a container inside of the carrying bag. The bag retains the carrying strap and attachment straps. The gas mask has all straps for wear and, while both the mask and the bag show expected signs of age and use, the set is in overall very good field used condition.
