Framed 1875 Document Signed by Otto von Bismarck

The matted, framed document has an overall size in the frame of approximately 12 inches by 17 inches, with the document itself measuring approximately 6 3/4 by 11 3/4 inches. It bears the date of April 17, 1875, and a translation on the back of the frame identifies the document as a Power of Attorney. The document is signed 'Bismarck'. At the time at which he signed the document Bismarck was Chancellor of the German Reich. The document is in very good condition.
