Instituted in 1934. In silver with blue, white and yellow enamels, along with a red glass circular centerpiece ring, measuring 2-1/2″ x 3-3/4″ inclusive of its Imperial orchid suspension, fine enamels, the silver has a dark, uncleaned patina. Excellent condition.
