Full length printed cap tally for the Imperial Japanese Navy Omura Navy Air Service. According to the entry on this unit from Japanese Wikipedia, the group was involved in air defense operations against American B-29 bombing raids in 1945 and then participated in kamikaze actions during the battle for Okinawa. The cap tally is unused and in near mint condition.
