Meiji Era Army Artillery Visor Cap

Black wool body with golden yellow cap band and piping, worn by the artillery branch of the Imperial Japanese Army. The cap was a high quality custom purchase, as indicated by the blue silk lining with embossed cherry blossoms. The lining also contains a built-in pocket in the crown. The yellow wool cap band and piping exhibit scattered mothing.
