Russo Japanese War Japanese Cavalry Uniform

Deep blue wool tunic with yellow cord trim and green wool collar. Yellow braided shoulder knots each exhibiting a metal number '4'. Left sleeve with a bullion / wool diligence chevron. White cotton lining with issue stamps. Red wool trousers with green wool stripes. Wool is in nice condition showing minor wear, yellow cording shows moderate fraying. Attractive and uncommon set. My photos show a few circular spots which are from my camera – not on the uniform.
