WWII White Japanese Navy Petty Officer Cotton Field Cap

The cotton cap has spots and stains from wear in the field. The front bears the machine woven anchor insignia while the body of the cap displays the single stripe of a Petty Officer. The interior has the large cloth issue label, and three small letters (which appear to be 'HOW') are written on the interior cotton sweat band.
