Description
The dark blue wool kepi has several holes of various size. The front of the kepi bears a bullion embroidered number '3'. The surface of the visor exhibits age crazing. The kepi has a leather chin strap which is retained by Pennsylvania side buttons. The interior is manufacturer marked by the M.C. Lilley Company.
