1885 Dated Spanish American War Model 1878 New York National Guard Haversack

The khaki cotton canvas knapsack is unit marked to the New York National Guard on the cover flap, along with the stenciled date of 1885. The pack shows soiling and spots from use, but it is complete and intact, with the metal hooks and rivets showing rust and verdigris.
