1920 Dated Model 1905 Bayonet by Springfield Armory

The blade has a Parkerized finish that is essentially intact, showing some spots and signs of wear, primarily to the tip of the blade. The ricasso is serial numbered and marked 'U.S.' on one side, while on the opposite side the ricasso is manufacturer marked by the Springfield Armory and it is dated 1920. The walnut wood grips are without chips or cracks. Both the grip and the pommel retain their finish. The bayonet is within its olive drab web covered scabbard with leather tip. The scabbard shows age, with scuffs to the leather tip, but it is without damage. Overall very good to excellent condition.
