U.S. Marine Corps Model 1874 McKeever Cartridge Box

The cartridge box shows age, with some flaking of the leather surfaces. The cover flap bears an impressed 'U.S.M.C.' designation. The interior fabric cartridge loops are present. The brass components show patina and verdigris. The base of one of the belt attachment loops on the reverse has lost its stitching but the belt loop remains present on the box.
