Large GAR Pennsylvania Levi Moss Post No. 313 Personal War Sketches Volume

The large, leather bound, volume was published in 1890, and it is approximately 13 inches by 17 inches. The volume has 268 inches. The volume has blank pages for the recording of the Civil War experiences of the veterans who were members of the post, as well as pages for post resolutions and the records of the burials of post members. All of the pages are blank in that the volume was never used. The front cover has gilt decorations and the cover shows edge rubbing as well as dry areas, and the pages show some age toning, but the massive volume remains very impressive.
