Japanese WWII Signed Silk Flag, Partial Translation

Original era manufacture. Attractive silk flag measuring 28x37 inches. Numerous inscriptions and signatures on the body of the flag. Typical slogan, 'everlasting success in war', presented to Akaike Noboru and given by Kobayashi Masanobu. Two reinforced corners, no draw strings. Small scattered holes in the center of the flag.
