US Pre WWI, 1903 Pattern Expert Rifleman Badge, Crossed Krags, Named

Original period manufacture. An early production example with the rifles attached to the wreath by small rivets. Named on the reverse of the mounting bar, W.M. Turner. Looks like it might have some silver content but is unmarked. Light age and wear.
