US M1892 3040 Krag Bayonet, 1901 Dated 615102

Original era manufacture. Bright finished blade, pommel and guard with a US and small format 1901 date on the ricasso. There is a post production serial number 615102 on the guard.The blade was finished in the bright with scattered spotting and staining and slight darkening to the surface. Sound blue steel finished scabbard with a few small surface dents and with its attached hanger which pivots 360 degrees.
