Scarce pair of US M38 wire cutters. Rubber grips and side cutting jaws. Marked US HKP 1944. Worn but not rusted. Small section of the rubber grip missing at the top. In their Od webbing pouch with wire belt hook and single LTD stud. Faded US mark on the front, maker mname and dated 1945 on the rear. grade 8
