1915 Dated Imperial Prussian Jaeger Zu Pferde Lobster Tail Helmet

The untouched exterior surfaces of the helmet and spike exhibit a film of light surface rust across most areas. The spike is removable. The front displays a gray Prussian wappen helmet plate. The chin strap and cockades are reproductions. The interior is marked as a size '57', and the interior dome bears the date of 1915 and is maker marked by 'Otto Nachtigall, Berlin'. The leather liner is present, showing use and wear but intact, lacking the drawstring.
