The photograph is credited to Luftwaffe Kriegsberichter (War Correspondent) Company 7 (motorized). The photograph bears the typed caption of 'Vor Sidi Mustah. Jede noch so kurze Gefechtspause wird zu einem erquickenden Schlaf ausgenutzt' ('In front of Sidi Mustah. Every pause in the battle, no matter how short, is used for a refreshing sleep'). The photograph shows slight curling from age but it is in very good condition.
