German WWII Army Medic Medals, Document & Identity Disc Grouping

Original era manufacture. An interesting lot to an NCO assigned to Field Hospital 158, and then in Sanitat Kompanie 126. The lot includes his Sanitat marked identity disc of aluminum, documents for the War Service Cross 2nd Class 1942, Ostfront Medal 1942 and Wound Badge in Black which was issued in March of 1945. Early quality KvK with a nice ribbon, Zinc Ostfront medal with ribbon and a black painted steel wound badge. Normal age and wear.
