1930 Army Infantry School Sport Prize Table Medal

A table medal with a gilt finish that was awarded as first prize for the 200 meter run in a sport competition held at the infantry school in Dresden in 1930. The table medal measures approximately 1 3/4 by 2 3/4 inches in size and is maker marked on the reverse. The front bears the designation 'Infanterieschule Dresden' and the reverse the inscription 'Sportl. Wettkampfe 1930 200 m. Lauf 1. Sieger'.
