WWII Japanese Army Medic's Bag

The hard shell canvas case is approximately 10 inches wide by 8-1/2 inches tall by 4 inches deep. The case shows spots and stains consistent with use in the field. The closure strap for the cover flap is torn off of the case. The full shoulder strap is present on the case, with the strap showing some spots, fraying, and a partial tear of the strap.
